Last Post Info avatar disregards permissions

If you have a forum with the last post info hidden (so it shows 'protected forum'), the topic title is still present in the avatar alt tag. Not really noticeable unless the image is broken, but it's there (and in the source code) nonetheless.
I'm not really sure why the topic title is alt text on an avatar regardless, but okay.
