Links in sigs too may allowed

I have the limit at two but I can log in as the member and clear it out, and add three. If I resave the same sig it tells me two is the limit but the three have been saved. Please fix this is allowing my members to add more than allowed. Thanks

Okay this only happens if you add them one at a time and save, or two and then one. You add the third and it takes.
But you cannot enter all three at once then it acts correctly. Ticket 812556 if needed.
