Print Share Link and Query String URL Type

Reproduced locally on 3.3.4. Didn't test on 3.4.
If the URL Type is set to Query String in the SEO Settings, and you attempt to use the Print Share icon to view a printable version of a topic, then all you get is the first page of the topic.
Subsequent pages appear to work fine.
Changing to Path Info appears to fix this. I don't believe this is limited to just the Share Links, though I haven't dug that far in to see if anything else is affected.
