Report Center alignement issue

Preface: This is only on IE8... IE9 doesn't have this issue...
Picture says it all, but the 'Section', 'Reports' and 'Comments' aren't where they are supposed to be... They are displaying lower than they are supposed to be... Marking complete fixes the alignment...
