TAB on reply/new topic

If you make a reply or start a new topic, is it normal that you use TAB to go to the next area.
E.g. you click on the "Title" and then hit TAB. Now the TAB is on the facebook checkbox under the editor textarea.
On the previous IP.Board versions this works great (TAB after fill out the title turns you to the editor textarea).
(there are other areas with that problem, e.g. you are not logged in and must complete the captcha before you can post etc pp)

Look at the video (i'm not mean the TAB problem IN the editor, thats a different thing).

And actually before the facebook button tab goes to the "auto saved content" line if it is available.
If you now use TAB, you come to the search box instead of the "Post" button...
