Reputation Not Showing For Events

I can confirm this on latest SVN.
Basically, the only time the Reputation controls show when viewing an event is if "Allow users to give themselves reputation" is set to Yes. If it's set to No, then the buttons never display regardless of whether or not you are viewing your own event.
