Change Breadcrumb From "IP.Chat"

So my skin shows the bread crumb on the top and bottom of the site.
It shows HockeyBlogs Forums ---> IP.Chat.
That can be very confusing for my users. It's supposed to be a "live game chat" (that's what the main menu link is.
Also, the title on the top of the chat is IP.Chat.
I would like to change both but can't figure out where.
Any help would be very very weclome as tonight is the first night of demoing.
