The menus you talk about work fine for me, but they may be broken in the same condition described in the other report.

I talk about contextual menu on username.

Yes, which works fine for me. It's possible it isn't working for you for the same reason (the setting mentioned being enabled). Feel free to submit a ticket in any event.
