my chat is NOT loading, i have a ticket, support toldme it was my custom skin, however its also not working on the original skin made by IPB

If it isn't working also on the default skin re-open your ticket please.

The following is missing from the top of that template in each of your custom skins.

{parse js_module="chat"}
