Comments on article add posts to topic even if locked

If I use the "Use forum for comments" option, and lock the forum topic, comments on the article are still posted.

Hmm. I'm not sure how to approach this. I can see how an admin might assume that would prohibit further comments, but I can also see how an admin might not want to explicitly stop comments just because the topic is locked. I'll think about this a little further.

Updating Status to: Not a Bug

Similar to the other report (about hidden topics and comments), I'm not going to consider this a bug for now. If you wish to stop the comments from IP.Content, lock the record in IP.Content.

We can discuss this further for the next major Content release.
