Gallery images filter

I have a random gallery images block, which has a filter to only display images from a specific global album (basically from albums within that global container-only album).
This was working fine as it was created with the previous version of Content, and never touched ever since. Yesterday I had to change something in the block and re-saved it. Now, the block doesn't display any images with the filter of the global container-only album. I have to manually choose one by one the container albums, which of course isn't enough since new albums get added every week.

This is hard for me to even visualize, but I can say that it won't be an issue in Gallery 5 due to the massive changes in Gallery 5 structure.
