1) This isn't a content bug specifically

2) This was reported for IPB and already resolved for an upcoming version (3.3.1 I believe)

Ok you have created a recursive link to all these duplicates however a resolution has yet to be articulated.

I linked you to the currently open bug report. When that report is marked fixed, the issue will be fixed. The issue exists in IPB itself, Content is just the only app with long enough titles to highlight the issue - as such the fix will also be in IPB.
