"New bug reports" icon inaccurately highlighted

So I marked "Resources" as read and when moving to the Bug tracker index all icons are showing "no new bug reports". After that one new bug report got entered and the icon indicated a new bug report, as expected. After reading that bug report the "new bug reports" icon should not be highlighted as everything in that section is already read, but still after reading that bug report the icon indicates new bug reports which is false.
