No automatic topic in forum with articles in the future

I created an article and set the date to be published in the future.
On that date and time (it was the next day), the article was published, but no automatic topic was made in the forum.
I edited the article (without changing anything) and after saving it, the automatic topic was made.

Note that the article section requires activity to trigger the article to publish, and subsequently for the topic to be posted.
