No indication of an unapproved status for comments

While I was working on this bug report I've noticed that when a guest posts a comment and the comment is moderated they get NO notification of that and might think the comment wasn't submitted properly.
This happens only if the user posting is a guest and reCAPTCHA is enabled (in such case the ajax call is not added to the form), we should add some kind of inline message at the top of the page after the redirect or add some kind of notice in the comments editor itself like we already do while posting topics.
