long titles on 960px

When resizing the browser to fit the minimum width of ip.board, which appears to be around 960px, downloads with long enough titles do not wrap beneath in div basic_info and end up pushing right under the ratings and statistics on the right panel of each download. See <h3 class="ipsType_subtitle">. When this happens, it breaks the flow of the design where short titles fit perfectly while longer titles extend under div class file_info right

default truncation limit doesn't resolve this. I suggest having the text wrap below if possible.
