Ok after installing 2.5.1 the following is not working :
support topics is not being created i check all permission and prefecly fine its only started not to work in 2.5.1
the second issue is
i allowed screenshot to be upload that part the form not showing in download again did before 2.5.1 was installed.

Otherwise, you'll need to submit a ticket. Generally this means the forum classPost library is triggering an error when trying to add the topic, but some troubleshooting would need to be done to find out what that error is.
The problem, really, is that we don't want to halt the file submission just because the topic isn't posted, so when there's some sort of "issue" there's really little we can do about it to recover (from the backend side of things). We need to identify the issue and work around it up front.
