tags?

hes lucky... I don't even see the tag links at all. uber-stock install, i input tags with full perms and produce no... well, tags.

I seen the field to add them, and when adding them, I see them in the listing and on the view page.

The URLs are correct in both the listing and on the view page, e.g.

http://localhost/inv...downloads/tag1/

and still occurs with latest build, after an edit and re-addition i can make them appear as a note.

Adding new tags is not working. Existing files that have tags show them fine. I can duplicate.
