A few bugs with Notes

These are a few bugs I've noticed with Notes.
- You can't add Notes one after the other. You must refresh between attempts to add a note or the text box will not appear.
- Note boxes disappear completely sometimes. (Ex: hover over the image and there's no sign the notes were ever there)
- Note boxes move themselves after you have placed them. I've had some move to the left, others up. Only in those two directions.
- Quotes turn into "

1) I can reproduce a bug similar to this at present. After I have added a note, when I click the button a new boundary is available but no textarea to type the note. Even if I refresh, I cannot seem to add a second note (boundary box shows up, but no textarea).
2) I cannot reproduce this, but keep in mind the note box only shows if you mouse over that area of the image (not the entire image)
3) I am unable to reproduce this at present
4) I am unable to reproduce this as well - probably already fixed at some point.
