Ok...used the correct terminology this time..
I have a category that is set to "No Submissions: Do not allow album or image submissions (useful for categories with subcategories)".
I have this category set to display under one of my forums.
The problem is that it's not displaying that category. Instead it displays the category that had the most recent picture uploaded to it. I can understand it doing this with the image, but the category name, link, and description should be going to the parent category.
