Cropped thumbnails

We have cropped thumbnails enabled, and images were rebuilt during upgrader routine, however these thumbs are not cropped.

Ok, this confused me, but it's not a bug exactly. We use the "small" sized image in the photostrip - if you go back to the album you can confirm that the thumbnails were cropped, we do not crop the small image, however.
