Extraneous space on the right in Safari when viewing an Image

I'm fairly certain this is an issue with the core CSS rather than Gallery, so feel free to move as appropriate.

Basically there's some extra space being added to the right side of page when viewing a Gallery image. Size of the browser or resolution of the screen doesn't particularly matter. If I resize the screen, the extra space remains.
This is reproducible using both the desktop version of Safari, as well as the iPad version (or so I'm told - I don't actually have an iPad to test with).
EDIT: The same thing happens with Chrome, so it appears to be a WebKit issue.
