Gallery Index/ Categories Layouts Different

Adam not sure if this is a bug as such, but why is the gallery index layout different from the category layout?
eg: Index: the thumbnail is placed after comments col
Members Galleries: the thumbnail is placed before comments col
would this not be more uniformed if both were the same?
