Homepage blocks aren't centered

The recent albums and recent images blocks aren't centered. Everywhere else in the gallery those thumbnail like images are centered.

Updating Status to: Fixed
There is no where else in Gallery that styles recent-albums in that manner, so there is no comparison. I've already fixed recent images locally from another bug report.
I've updated the recent-albums to be centered, however, for consistency.
