I'm getting a comment_id=0 for the Latest Comments sidebar block on Gallery:

Interestingly, that comment is the only one with an issue (the rest link correctly). That's going to be fun to track down I bet.
Updating Status to: Fixed
Upgrader didn't set auto_increment flag on the primary key column for comments or ratings. Fixed here and updated upgrader.
