member albums... disallow image editing/deletion for group

... So, allow a usergroup to create one album
do not allow them to edit or delete images..... basically just enough to upload.
with an account in said group
edit an album from browse(assuming the code is patched per: http://community.inv...r-isuploadable/ )
you can edit all the images.
you can also delete the album and ALL the images, simply because you made the album.
