Total Albums Count

Lets say I have two albums, but for one of the albums I remove all the permissions so that no one can view it. The link to the album is gone, but it still displays two total albums in the statistics.

The count is done based on the rows in the albums table, it doesn't check permissions (it never did) and it works in this same way for all our apps. Take blog as an example, there are 3667 blogs but you can't see all of them
