Cannot Add Hosting Package to Cart

If nameservers are set up in hosting settings but *not* in the individual server override setting, it is impossible to add the item to the cart.

What error do you get?
No error page refreshed. I believe this was fixed for 1.4.1 through a separate report however. I cannot reproduce in 1.4.1
I can reproduce this right now on a clean install. 3.3.0 / 1.4.2

This can happen if you specify Nameservers for a Server in the Server Queue, but do not fill in the actual "Nameservers" setting in Hosting Settings.

If you have Nameservers filled in for a server, but not in the overall Hosting Settings, then it allows you to specify a domain name and when you attempt to Add to Cart, it will simply send you back to the product information page and never add the item to the cart.
