Invoice header text not present in invoice emails

This has only been tested in the text version of invoice emails (I'm not sure if there is an html version as well).

I have the invoice header setting (within payments & invoice settings) populated with some text that I would like to be present before the generic invoice text. However, when emails are generated for invoices, this text is not present.

It should display when the invoice is viewed in the client area, but is not included in emails.
Is there a way we can get a setting to include the header in emails as well? I feel like the current email text is confusing if someone purchases a membership monthly, but doesn't actively interact with your website.

Foo Bar,

An invoice has been generated for you. Please log in to submit payment for this invoice. If payment has not been submitted before your purchases' expiry date the purchase(s) will expire.

I'd love to be able to add some text to the very top of that email so that it's less confusing for users. Something like:

You are receiving this message because you currently have an active purchase on Neocodex (http://www.neocodex.us).

There currently isn't a way to do that in IP.Nexus that I can find.

Also, I have that text in the invoice header setting, but I don't actually see it on the invoice page. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
