Package thumbs not being overwritten

In Uploads I have old package thumbs that should have been overwritten when changed.

MI? Isn't that just a matter of adding an unlink() call?
Updating Version to: 0
Has possibly been fixed in another bug report.
If you're still experiencing the issue (that is, if you delete an image now, it's still in your upload directory) please submit a ticket so we can investigate.
