Safe Mode Skins - Support Request ACP

If Safe Mode Skins is Enabled, then Nexus loads the frontend ipnexus.css from the database, rather than the ipnexus.css file from the skin_cp folder. Which results in this on the ticket screen: http://screencast.com/t/axDS8Jk8W
I did search for a report, but couldn't find one. Didn't test against 1.4.2 (haven't grabbed the latest copy yet), just 1.4.1.
