The problem here might be I was mixing and matching Ioncube / Zend52 / Zend53 versions previously due to odd issues with my local dev environment though.
IIRC, I'd deleted /applications_addon/ips/nexus but left the db alone before I uploaded 152 so it may be a missing file in the .zip at a guess ?
Tried a fresh install on another 334 board that never had Nexus, it was OK so it may of been previous (beta) versions I'd used...

I have no idea what you did to get that error, but yeah, I would assume it's a localised issue
