Error 103139

Error 103139 - no permission to view forum etc.

However - seemed that situation was different:
Top level Category - open to all
forums inside it - open to all
when you see the breadcrumb you see:
forum name > top level forum > sub forums
clicking on top level forum was giving error 103139
issue was that top level forum had the same name as the forum name
changing the name of the top level forum to an alternative name fixes issue...

Not tested. First impression is that the forum/cat name isn't used as a key anywhere for permissions.
note, in the breadcrumb:
- first option is forum name - takes you to main page
- second option is in this case a category, not a forum (sory, not clear in my orig. post) therefore can not of itself have any topics / posts - but only include sub-forums...

Did you convert from another software to IP.Board possibly? Because sometimes this happens with a conversion. If you used the converter submit a ticket and we can get that fixed
If it is simply a database entry - then happy to fix it myself, otherwise will put in a ticket...

correct - been through database - and this is the issue.
