vBulletin Passwords

After changing forum from vBulletin 3.8.5 to IPB 3.3.1, user passwords don't work. I've noticed that those passwords are in conv_password table. Any help for this problem? I've read some topics and they said that every user of my forum should have reminded his/her password. But I would be happy if everything will work normally.
