Cross OS log in bug

I've noticed a strange bug when logging into the site between Windows and Linux.
For some reason, it seems when I log into one, it won't let me log into the other.
For example, I'm logged into this site on Chromium via Linux, but then I can't sign in on Chrome via Windows. I go to sign in, enter my credentials in, but it just directs me to the board index as a guest.
This has also happened the other way around, not working on Windows but working on Linux.
This seems more like an issue of being signed into the site at two different locations at once. Though I'm just using two different operating systems in my scenario. You can still log into the site by going "incognito" or simply clearing all your browsers cookies. So it seems to be an issue with an old session/cookie preventing me from signing back in after logging in at another location, if that makes sense.
Has anyone else noticed this problem, or can anyone else replicate the issue?
It doesn't seem to occur on my own IP.Board website, only this site.

Here are some suggestions:
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.
If no one else can reproduce it by logging into this site on two different computers at once, it's likely just a problem on my end and the issue can be closed.
