tabs title wrong.

http://www.invisionpower.com/features/ when you click any tab, the page title is not consistent with the actual page title.
A: url-encoded ampersands on swapping to this tab.
B: Features - IPS Community Suite vanishes.

I've fixed the url encoded ampersand, but the other part is WAI
