Notifications issue

When you open the notifications pop up... the notifications displayed are older... if you refresh, you get the newest notifications properly.... once you close it and reopen it, you again get the old notifications. A refresh again is needed, however they never stick and the same old notifications display each time.

This morning its working fine, strange. Ill let you know if it returns, but for now its fine on both the iphone and ipad.

I can actually replicate this on my phone. I think this is all coming down to the issue with the "cannot connect".

Ok so I either accidentally fixed it. Or I can't reproduce anymore so I don't know if i fixed it or not >.<
