Scrolling is not smooth when at the bottom of the board index

When using the IPS app on my forums, http://www.eastmidla...argazers.co.uk/, the app scrolling changes from a smooth motion to a jittery motion when scrolling to the bottom of the board index.
This occurs on both an iPhone and an iPad, both running the latest iOS.
I can provide login details so you can log in your own device and test it as it only appears to happen when I am signed in (there are admin & mod boards at the bottom of the index, where the problem becomes evident).
