Post Attachments: Attachment Search

You can search through all the attachments on your community from Admin CP --> Forums --> Attachment Search. This may be useful if attachments are using up a lot of space on your server and you want to delete some, or if you want to see all the attachments by a certain member.
The attachment search form allows you to search on various criteria. If you wanted to find all of the large files on your community, you might set no filters, but set the results to sort by file size; on the other hand, if you wanted to view all attachments from a certain member you would enter their name in the appropriate field and probably want to set results to sort by upload date.
When viewing results, you can click on any attachment name to view it, or the topic title to view the topic it is from.
To delete attachments, check the checkbox next to the attachment you wish to delete, then click the "Delete Checked Attachments" button at the bottom.
