You can view statistics about the Gallery on your community from Admin CP --> My Apps --> Gallery --> Stats.
This page has several sections:
Overall Overview
This shows you the total diskspace used by files in IP.Gallery as well as the total number of files, and amount of bandwidth used in the past 48 hours.
It also shows a Pie Chart showing which bandwidth usage by days.
Diskspace Usage
This shows how much diskspace is being used. It is split into three sections: Group Overview, Category Overview and Top 5 Diskspace Users.
Each of these sections shows the amount of diskspace being used by group, category and members respectively. For more information about how to use these tools, see below.

This shows how much bandwidth is being used. It is split into three sections: Group Overview, Category Overview, Top 5 Bandwidth Users and Top 5 Files.

Group Reports
By clicking on the magnifying glass next to any group name Group Overview sections, you will see a report for that group.
This page shows you various statistics about the group's usage of the Gallery.
Member Reports
By clicking on the magnifying glass next to any member name, you will see a report for that member.
This page shows you various statistics about the member's usage of the Gallery.
You can disable a member's ability to upload or disable their access to the Gallery completely by using the tools at the bottom.
File Reports
By clicking on the magnifying glass next to any file name, you will see a report for that file.
This page shows you various statistics about the file.
You can change the file owner or clear the logs for the file by using the tools at the bottom.
