Admin CP --> System --> System Settings --> IPS Apps --> IPB License Settings
These settings control the message that is displayed in the footer of every page on your community.
You can, if you want display a line that says "Licensed to:..." underneath the copyright. This is completely optional and personal preference as to whether to enable it or not.
