You can configure settings for the warn system, moderation and report center from Admin CP --> System --> System Settings --> Members --> Warning and Moderation.
Warn System
The warn system allows you to issue warnings to your members and add notes to their accounts.
Here you can configure settings for the warn system, such as the highest and lowest possible warn levels, and who can not be warned.
By default, a user's warning level can only be seen by moderators. You can allow users to view their own levels if you wish.
Moderator Permissions
When issuing a warning, a moderator also has the option to suspend a member, place them in the moderation queue (meaning their posts will have to be approved by a moderator before they are made public) or remove a user's posting rights.
You can control which of these powers moderators have access to. There are two sections: "Forum Moderator Permissions" which controls permissions for moderators who are moderators of one or more specific forums, and "Global Moderator Permissions" which controls permissions for global moderators.
Report Center
This section configures access to the report center.
