Recount & Rebuild
Functions to rebuild data which is stored in multiple places in the database (for example, the last poster names in topics) can be accessed from Admin CP --> System --> Recount & Rebuild.
Most users will never need to access these tools unless running a conversion from another software.
Cleanup Tools
Options in this section are only needed if you have upgraded from older versions of IPB as listed here. The tools clean up remnants of data leftover after these older upgrade processes to maintain the organization of your data.
If you did not upgrade to IP.Board from one of the versions listed here, you may ignore this section. If you did, simply execute the tools listed for the version you upgraded from. It is important that you execute all the tools up to the current version. For example, if you upgraded from 2.0.x you should execute all tools from 2.0.x and 2.1.x.
