[3.1.0] Twitter "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OR return to log in while trying to register

This error is caused because your PHP installation makes use of the PECL 'oAuth' extension which is not compatible with the oAuth version Twitter requires and some class names clash.

To fix, download the zip and upload over the copy on your server.
