[3.1.0] URL License Missing / License Expired / Other License Key Issues

After upgrading to IP.Board 3.1 you may get the warning "URL License Missing" on your Admin CP Dashboard. Other warnings may be "License Expired" or similar.
In order to resolve this problem, you must reactivate your license key.
Go to Admin CP --> License Key. In the top-right corner, click the "Remove License Key" button.
Now follow the instructions in this article to reactivate your license.
