[IP.Content 2.0.0] Page not found error + Can't add, edit, moderate articles

If you are experiencing issues with IP.Content trying to add, edit or moderate articles please upload the patch below on your server.
The package below contains a fix also for the "Page not found" error when the link of your forum contains uppercase letters.
