[Nexus 1.5.0] "Sorry, we cannot ship [product] to your location." (10X108)

An issue has been identified in IP.Nexus 1.5.0 where a user may incorrectly experience an error message saying"Sorry, we cannot ship [product] to your location." (Error code 10X108) when trying to purchase a physical item in the store.
At the time of posting this article, the builds available in the client area and used by the auto installer have been updated. So if you have not upgraded to IP.Nexus 1.5.0 yet, this issue will not exist.
If you have already upgraded and are experiencing this issue (this issue only affects certain PHP versions so it is possible you're not affected) - patch instructions are given below. Patch Instructions
Step 1 - Obtaining the patch file
If you are an IPS hosting customer, download this file:

If you are not an IPS hosting customer, go to Admin CP --> System --> Manage Applications & Modules. Find "IP.Nexus" in the list. Next to it, it will say "1.5.0", and then additional information in brackets.
Download the appropriate file from below depending on what is said in the brackets.

Step 2 - Upload patch file
Upload the downloaded file to the admin/applications_addon/ips/nexus/modules_public/payments directory on your installation, overwriting the existing file.
If you have renamed your admin directory, change the path as appropriate.
