Blank black page in IP.Content in IE

Some users have reported that, while their IP.Content installations are working fine in other browsers, in Internet Explorer they are seeing a blank black page.
Upon investigation, we have determined that the cause of this error occurs when you configure your IP.Content page to use both the IPB page wrapper, as well as the default demo page wrapper supplied with IP.Content.
By default, when you first install IP.Content the page(s) are configured to use a page wrapper also installed with IP.Content. This page wrapper opens the basic HTML structure needed to create a webpage (<html> and <body> tags, for instance). When you change the page to use the IP.Board wrapper (but leave the page also using the default page wrapper), two sets of <html> and <body> tags are generated, which ultimately causes the Lightbox javascript to function incorrectly, causing the blank black page.

- Use the default demo page wrapper, but not the IPB wrapper
- Edit the default demo page wrapper so that it does not reopen the structural HTML tags that the IPB wrapper already opens
