If you have IP.Nexus and IP.Downloads both installed and enabled, you can take advantage of the Paid File Downloads feature, which allows you to charge users via IP.Nexus for downloads in IP.Downloads.
Once both applications are enabled, in the IP.Downloads settings area, you should see a new option appear, called Paid File Settings. Visit this page and configure the paid file download settings as needed.
Next, you will need to alter your usergroup permissions for which usergroups are allowed to charge for downloads of their files. You can do this via the Manage User Groups option in the Members tab of the ACP.
Now, when users with permission to submit paid files are uploading a new file to IP.Downloads, they will see the option to set a price for it.
You can see a live demo of this integration at the IPS Marketplace which uses a stock install of IP.Downloads and IP.Nexus to function.

Go to (ACP): System > Application & Modules > Manage Applications & Modules
Now there will be a button that says "Recache Apps & Modules".
Click it.
Now visit IP Downloads again and paid file settings will be there.
