I had a look at the RFP for openinviter. Those capabilities are very scary!!! Unfettered and complete access to anyone's entire contact address book ??? I have lots of personal stuff in mine!!!
I have serious reservations about your RFP - it seems like you are soliciting for contract killers, in other words hackers!
